Silica Flour
Ultra-fine ground silica for paints, fillers and oil well cement.
Silica is usually referred to the natural quartz sand (that is: SiO2), which is an important chemical raw material, mainly used to manufacture fire-resistant brake, mono-crystalline silica and cement etc, playing a vital role in the industry. Meanwhile, the silica powder which is after precision milling is widely applied in cementing job under temperature higher than 110°C, by increasing the ratio between silica and calcium within cement matrix, to improve the long stability under high temperature. Silica powder is mainly applied to oil well cement with Grade G and H, and it can also be used with density adjustor such as ilmenite, barite, coal power to configure slurry with different density. Silica flour is used as an abrasive additive in soaps, skin care products, toothpastes, and paints, and as a filler in several pharmaceuticals.

Applications
Where silica flour goes to work.

Paints & Coatings
Silica flour improves durability, abrasion resistance, and surface smoothness in paints and coatings. It also enhances chemical and weather resistance.

Skin Care
Used in skincare and cosmetic products for its absorbent and texture-enhancing properties. Silica flour provides a smooth feel and controls excess oil in formulations.

Construction Chemicals
Applied in adhesives, grouts, sealants, and waterproofing compounds to improve strength and consistency. It enhances bonding performance and durability.

Fillers
Silica flour is widely used as a filler in industrial products to improve hardness, dimensional stability, and performance while reducing manufacturing costs.

Oil Well Cement
Used in oil well cementing to improve thermal stability and compressive strength under high-temperature conditions. It enhances durability and performance of cement systems.
